The Chirpy Chef is all about discovering what the world’s pantry has to offer, sharing recipes from Belgium (Yes, I know I skipped a few countries, but you must allow for a pinch of patriotism!) to Zimbabwe. Strap in for some culinary explorations, disasters and epiphanies!
In addition to sharing recipes from all over this little planet of ours, this blog will also act as part of my 40 before 40 list (Cook every dish in a cookbook, the cookbook being John Gregory-Smith’s Mighty Spice Express. Yay!) and feature some of my own culinary adventures (Frankenfrog will haunt you forever!) and recipes (Broccoli, Gruyère and Chorizo soup, anyone?). The future may bring some other features, but I don’t want to have too much on my plate (HA) for now.
